Misty Hills Nursery

Follow these simple steps for a successful and easy fund raising program:

• In order to participate, immediately complete the Fund Raising Program Participation Form and fax it to Misty Hills Nursery at 831-722-9947. This can be requested through sales@coastalnursery.com..
• Determine your Fund Raiser start date.


• Misty Hills Nursery will then provide you with brochures and order taking forms for each one of your participants.
• Within 10 days of requested delivery date, complete the Plant Order Form and fax it to Misty Hills Nursery with the total number of plants requested (increments of case pack). Please make sure the number of plants ordered conforms to the case quantities listed on the order sheet.) Please use the form provided. No Phone Orders will be accepted. However, feel free to call our office with any questions you may have
• Pay by credit card on day of shipping or mail your payment within 12 days of receiving plants.
• Count your profits and pat each other on the back and call us for a Spring Fundraiser.
